If any registered team member is unavailable for a scheduled tie, the team must field an eligible Standby Player, or Request a player from the Buffer Pool, subject to organiser approval. If neither option is feasible, the team shall be required to concede a walkover for the affected match(es).
Walkovers will be awarded strictly as per league rules and shall not be challenged. Repeated walkovers may attract additional action as deemed appropriate by the Organising Committee.
The Organising Committee holds sole and final authority over fixtures, buffer player allocation, walkovers, and enforcement of league regulations.All decisions taken by the OC shall be final, binding, and non‑contestable
Any team failed to field any player in a particular category for any reason, the oponent team will be given a win and league point, it will be considered as walk over.
If any team fails to show up with 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the whole fixtures will be declared as walkover and opponent will be awared the entire point of the fixture.
Player Injury
If a player get injured before the start of the match, a team member will be allowed to field a substitute player even if the list is submitted. In case of unavailability of substitute or buffer player, it will be a walkover.
If a player is injured during the match and unable to play, the match will be awarded to the opponent The current score of the team who retired will remain same and opponent will be awarded 21 point as final score."
